២. បុគ្គលិកបម្រើសេវាកម្មអតិថិជន (ស្រី)

ទំនួលខុសត្រូវ៖

  • ទទួលរាក់ទាក់អតិថិជន

  • ឆ្លើយនឹងសំណួររបស់អតិថិជនតាមរយៈទូរសព្ទ និងដោះស្រាយបញ្ហារបស់ពួកគាត់ដែលទាក់ទង

  • រក្សាទុកព័ត៌មានរបស់អតិថិជនជាប្រចាំ

  • ធ្វើកិច្ចការផ្សេងទៀត ក្នុងករណីចាំបាច់

តម្រូវការ៖

  • ធ្លាប់មានបទពិសោធក្នុងការដោះស្រាយជាមួយអតិថិជនកាន់តែប្រសើរ

  • មានសមត្ថភាពធ្វើកិច្ចការជាក្រុម

3. Senior Corporate Sales Executive (2 positions)

Responsibilities

  • Sell digital advertising products

  • Coordinate sales and business initiatives and integrate sales process across the company in the market

  • Determine clients’ current and future advertising and marketing needs, creating customized solutions and closing sales for retained and incremental revenue

  • Generate sophisticate sales proposals

  • Communicate and report sales plans and actions taken

  • Keep a record of all communications with customers and update the information

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year selling online experience gained. Experience in selling digital display advertising is a plus

  • Knowledge of the local and national digital media market with the ability to respond effectively to market direction, client needs and competition

  • Deep relationships with local advertising agencies and clients

  • Ability to establish rapport, develop credibility and sell ideas to senior management

  • Good at time management and organizational skills

  • Strong communicator that is clear, concise and tailored to various audiences both written and oral

4. Corporate Sales Executive (2 positions)

5. Graphic Designer Intern

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop artwork marketing and collateral materials for all related departments

  • Work with other teams to complete the final product

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor and management Requirements

  • Computer skill in Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Flash, Illustrator and other design software …

  • English proficiency to work with technical document

  • Self-starter, imaginative, and innovative

  • Energy for working in a collaborative environment

  • Close attention to detail and well organized

  • Must have excellent time management skills

6. Business Development Officer (2 positions)

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies & action plan for all key and target accounts to increase sales activity, volume and profit

  • Generate software solution project sales and follow through with defined sales plan

  • Explain to potential customers about the various benefits offered by company products or services; following them up so as to close the business deals

  • Respond to queries and complaints from clients as regards the company’s products; this should be done in a timely fashion

  • Work with other business lines to stay abreast of product opportunities

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field

  • Possess very good sales skills

  • Experience in Marketing/Sales/ Underwriting is an advantage

  • Practical working experience in a business driven culture and customer service oriented atmosphere

  • Good communications and interpersonal skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Self-motivated and result oriented

7. Graphic Designer (3 positions)

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop artwork marketing and collateral materials for all related departments

  • Brainstorm and mock design ideas

  • Work with other teams to complete the final product

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor and management

Requirements

  • Practical experience in computer skills such as Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Flash, Illustrator and other design software …

  • Proven creative skills through portfolio of design work

  • Proven experience in professional graphic design and/or printing process

  • English proficiency to work with technical document

  • Possess superior in printing media design skill and artistry

  • Flexible and hardworking, able to repeatedly meet deadlines under pressures

  • Self-starter, imaginative, and innovative

  • Ability to communicate to a variety of different stakeholders at all levels

  • Excellent team-working ability

8. Accountant (2 positions)

Responsibilities

  • Record expenses and incomes into accounting system

  • Responsible for both AP and AR

  • Handle petty cash for other expenses in office

  • Payroll administrator

  • Do the bank reconciliation

  • Generate monthly financial report

  • Perform as administrator (review the official documents, handle email inquiries)

  • Manage the office premise and keep it clean and organized

  • Handle the purchasing

Requirements

  • University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field is required

  • Having an experience in related field at least 1 year

  • Being flexible and team player

  • Being proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel

  • Having a detail-oriented personality and strong organizational skills

  • Being able to communicate well in English
