1. Desktop Systems Engineer (Salary: $ 450-1,500)

Responsibilities

  • Administration of office desktop systems

  • Administration of office server systems and network

  • Planning, preparation and implementation of complex office desktop

systems

  • Assist in solving daily office IT problems

  • Monitor systems to identify problems and take corrective action

  • Research, planning and deployment of new technologies and services

  • Perform periodic reporting

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for all systems and operations

Requirements

  • Experience with automated Windows desktop deployment

  • Advanced level Active Directory skills

  • Knowledge of PC and Mac hardware and Windows, Windows Server and macOS

  • At least basic understanding of IP networks and virtualization

  • Excellent troubleshooting and research skills

  • Leadership skills

  • Networking/Cisco and PBX experience is a plus

  • Debian/Ubuntu experience is a plus

2. Entertainment News Editor

Responsibilities

  • Assign stories directly to reporters/translator/freelancer

  • Decide advisedly how stories are reported and approves their features

  • Set up plan and strategy related to entertainment contents

  • Recruit and coach reporters

  • Build staff capacity and encourage them work independent and make more network

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in journalism, media, communications or related field

  • Experience in digital media specialized in, reporting, writing, and editing

  • Widespread knowledge and desire to work in Entertainment industry both

  • local and international such as film, music or artists

  • Prompt problem solving and self/team motivation

  • Having strong organizational skills and a determined and amiable personality

-Very good command in Khmer and English

  • Computer literacy

3. Technical Support Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Daily arrange and update content to the server

  • Find and Report Apps/Website's bug and issue to the developer team

  • Reply's user comment/questions through social media (Facbook...), Email and answering the phone.

  • Helping users when encountering a problem using our Apps

  • Tracking the progress of issue/bug fixing by the developer team

  • Arrange daily user comment/error report to the management team

  • Daily report on user's subscription/description

Requirements

  • Working Time: 08:00AM - 05:00PM

  • No experience requirement. Fresh graduate is strongly encourage.

4. Personal Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Diligently handles all document maintenance including internal documents, spreadsheets, expense reports, meeting minutes
  • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
  • Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive
  • Manages projects and conducts research
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
  • Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Provides quality customer service
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Performs any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Requirements

  • Diploma in Secretary or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-year working experience in secretarial or administrative work
  • Be able to speak and write English, good command in Chinese is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle private and confidential matters
  • Be extremely hardworking, proactive, organized and detail-oriented; flexible thinker

5. Movie Translator (5 positions)

Responsibilities

  • Translate movie script from English to Khmer

  • Perform other assigned tasks accordingly

Requirements

  • Love movies and translating
  • Good command in English, preferably in Chinese and Thai
  • Computer literacy and Khmer Unicode
  • Good communication, hard-working attitude, be creative and team player

6. HR Officer (female)

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for recruitment process new employee orientation
  • Perform annual leave administration
  • Perform employee service role
  • Update employee profile both hard and soft copy
  • Work with our partners (clinics, insurance company, banks, ministries)
  • Assist the day to day efficient operation of HR office
  • Maintain good communication with every level of staff

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or English Literature or other related field
  • Experience in the HR field at least for 1 year
  • Proven good communication skill
  • Team player and easy going
