1. Photographer (2 positions)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all aspect of photographic communications
  • Assist/run photo shoots in studio and field environments
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Light Room
  • Be able to shoot and edit video by using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Affect is a plus
  • Self-starter – ability to work well alone and with others
  • Attention to details
  • Good research and analytical skills
  • Be able to work in flexible time

2. IT Manager (Salary range: 500 - 1000 USD) Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot network and workstation problem
  • Plan, supervise and install network and IT systems
  • Maintain and support all network nodes of the company office
  • Maintain servers in the office, including backup and security
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems
  • Manage and provide all IT service in the office with the IT Support team
  • Manage the IT Support team and prepare periodic reporting

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or working experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support or LAN administration
  • At least 1 year in leadership position
  • Good experience in Windows, OS X, Linux, Cisco, virtualization
  • Understanding of networks based on LAN and WAN on TCP/IP
  • Experience with workstation deployment tools and advanced network management tools
  • Ability to cope up and enthusiasm with new technology
  • Ability to understand English (spoken, read and written)

3. Executive Secretary

Responsibilities

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Diligently handles all document maintenance including internal documents, spreadsheets, expense
  • reports, meeting minutes
  • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences,
  • teleconferences, and travel
  • Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive
  • Manages projects and conducts research
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and - transmitting text, data, and graphics
  • Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Provides quality customer service
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Performs any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Requirements

  • Diploma in Secretary or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-year working experience in secretarial and financial work
  • Be able to speak and write English, good command in Chinese is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle private and confidential matters
  • Be extremely hardworking, proactive, organized and detail-oriented; flexible thinker

4. System Engineer (Salary from $450)

Responsibilities

  • Administration of server infrastructure and, depending on skills, network infrastructure and other equipment in Sabay data centers
  • Follow monitoring systems to identify problems and take corrective action
  • Research, planning and deployment of new technologies and services
  • Install new and rebuild existing server, configure hardware, peripherals, service setting, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational

  • Perform periodic maintenance on Sabay systems
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for all systems and operations Requirements
  • Strong experience in Linux server (RHEL/CentOS) administration: minimum one year, several years preferred
  • Experience in Windows Server administration and server hardware
  • At least basic understanding of IP networks and virtualization
  • Excellent troubleshooting and research skills
  • Experience in technologies: vSphere, Apache/nginx, MySQL/MSSQL, PHP, BIND, Nagios, Postfix, etc.
  • Networking/Cisco experience is a plus
  • Debian/Ubuntu experience is a plus
  • Programming/shell scripting experience is a plus

5. Desktop System Engineer'

Responsibilities

  • Administration of office desktop systems
  • Administration of office server systems and network
  • Planning, preparation and implementation of complex office desktop systems
  • Assist in solving daily office IT problems
  • Monitor systems to identify problems and take corrective action
  • Research, planning and deployment of new technologies and services
  • Perform periodic reporting
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for all systems and operations

Requirements

  • Experience with automated Windows desktop deployment
  • Advanced level Active Directory skills
  • Knowledge of PC and Mac hardware and Windows, Windows Server and macOS
  • At least basic understanding of IP networks and virtualization
  • Excellent troubleshooting and research skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Networking/Cisco and PBX experience is a plus
  • Debian/Ubuntu experience is a plus

6. Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop artwork marketing and collateral materials for all related departments
  • Brainstorm and mock design ideas
  • Work with other teams to complete the final product
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor and management

Requirements

  • Practical experience in computer skills such as Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Flash, Illustrator and other design software …
  • Proven creative skills through portfolio of design work
  • Proven experience in professional graphic design and/or printing process
  • English proficiency to work with technical document
  • Possess superior in printing media design skill and artistry
  • Flexible and hardworking, able to repeatedly meet deadlines under pressures
  • Self-starter, imaginative, and innovative
  • Ability to communicate to a variety of different stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent team-working ability

7. Android Developer

Responsibilities

  • Writing software from given requirements

  • Fixing bugs in software

  • Improving and maintaining existing software

  • Writing documentations

  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisor / manager

Requirements

  • At least 1 year working experience in mobile development
  • Very good knowledge in Android development
  • Good at problem solving & data structure and algorithm
  • Manage Google Play Store
  • Good knowledge in UI & UX design
  • Knowledge in version control system like: GIT
  • Communication with back end server: JSON manipulation
  • Knowledge in unit testing
  • Good knowledge in security implementation – application hack prevention
  • Be proactive & willing to learn new things and challenges
  • Good communication skill
  • Enjoy working in group & bring up discussion

8. E-novel Team Leader

Responsibilities

  • Set up the plan and strategy for e-novel team
  • Monitor plan, strategy and content
  • Budget projection and clearance
  • Supervise staff and e-novel fb pages, web, and app
  • Stake holder communication
  • Generate more content
  • Story evaluation
  • Project evaluation and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Khmer Literature/Philosophy/Sociology or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in leading
  • Ability to work proactively and independently when required, as well as part of a team.
  • Good communication both written and oral in Khmer and English
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, email, Internet

9. HR Officer (female) Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for recruitment process new employee orientation
  • Perform annual leave administration
  • Perform employee service role
  • Update employee profile both hard and soft copy
  • Work with our partners (clinics, insurance company, banks, ministries)
  • Assist the day to day efficient operation of HR office
  • Maintain good communication with every level of staff

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or English Literature or other related field Experience in the HR field at least for 1 year
  • Proven good communication skill

  • Firm and able to respect the confidentiality

10. Assistant to Event Manager

Responsibilities

  • Keep record and update of celebrity/supplier contacts and fees
  • Create agenda & event flow for related events
  • Coordinate & follow up with Sabay sponsors
  • Assist in field trip and set up
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Do monthly reports, post event report & other research
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager
  • Willing to work over the weekend if required

Requirements

  • At least 3rd year in Marketing, Advertising Agency or other related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in branding
  • Having personal transportation is a must
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and ability to solve problem
  • Good communication both written and oral in Khmer and English
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, email, Internet
